large flat screen tv, proximity to shopping area including food, grocery, rite aid, and dining, and clothing. the air fan and ventilation system is very outdated and VERY loud but necessary to block out the outside sounds to get some sleep. it's a manageable situation.
Noisy. Heard my neighbors and traffic all night. Older appliances excluding large flat screen tv. check-in person wasn't very friendly or helpful late at night. vending machine with only soda cans.... no water. if you're checking-in at night there is a security window and you need to be buzzed inside...... makes you think you are in a really rough area of town. the water pressure in my room wasn't the greatest. the bathroom was tiny and toilet was low to the ground. no temperature controls and the air fan / ventilation system is very outdated.

Bad smell from the carpet. Seems carpet is not needed at all in such places.

Staff was a great help!.
Not a bad experience, just that it is a littler difficult to get into the site due to the main road arrangement.

It was good for the money.
Night clerk, at check in was grouchy, not welcoming. Breakfast was so so, but was put off when clerk let a homeless man get some water out of fountain, and he went and put his dirty water jug up and got orange juice instead. Didn't want anymore beverage after that.

This was the only available room for the night close to UNC hospitals where my daughter was a patient. Cost of room was at least half of other hotels in the area.
I was travelling solo female and thought the facilities were a bit creepy. My door opened to the parking lot on first floor. Both the door handle and dead bolt were loose...not tightly screwed to door & wall and well worn. I felt the door was not adequately secured. Room decor was dated, furniture was beat up. Low rent feeling.
